Cat von Schroeder, a University of Arizona graduate with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, is a third generation real estate developer. She started her career in the southern Arizona real estate market, then was recruited by a Los Angeles-based syndicator to relocate to Atlanta. Throughout the next several years, she raised funds for private placement real estate limited partnerships across the east coast through boutique financial planning firms.
